Our office opening hours are as follows:

Monday - closed

Tuesday to Friday - 9am to 3pm

Weekend - closed

From 9am Tuesday to 3pm Friday we have a 24 hour answerphone service.

We have a dedicated mobile number for delivery errors (07958 371410). This number is only available up to 11am each morning and should not be used for any other purpose as it is manned by a variety of drivers who will not have time to handle any kind of query other than those relating to that mornings deliveries.

Messages left after 11am are automatically deleted and are not listened to as they are too late.

Credits for non delivery or incorrect delivery can only be made if they are reported on the same day they occur either to the office or to the mobile before 11am that day.
